Dr. Deanna pursued her Doctorate of Occupational Therapy at Kean University in New Jersey. During her doctoral residency, she created sensory-inclusive spaces in community settings by integrating her design background with research-based sensory practices. This innovative approach allowed her to meet the specific needs of children and adults with diverse sensory profiles, fostering greater community participation and independence.
